As March draws to a close, so does a very special month of celebration here at NuWave Technology Partners.

This March wasn’t just about marking 20 years in business—it was about honoring the people, the memories, and the values that have shaped our journey.

Throughout the month, we invited our community to share their stories, and the response has been both humbling and inspiring. These reflections have reminded us what NuWave has always been about: people, relationships, and a shared passion for building something meaningful.

Jacob Fenton captured it simply and beautifully: “Working at NuWave is like having a second family. The culture is great, and we all share similar values both in work and in life.” That sense of family is a recurring theme—something that shows up not only in our office culture, but in the way we rally around each other.

Allison Edwards shared a deeply personal story that reflects the heart of who we are: “NuWave has not only been a 'work family' to myself, my husband, and our two boys, but a group of people that was there for us in every way possible during a scary time health-wise. The Paalman brothers even helped us welcome home my husband from a rehab facility on Thanksgiving morning. You can’t get much better than that.”

For many, NuWave has represented not just a workplace, but a place of growth and belonging. Cheryl Ann Sieracki wrote: “I feel blessed to be a part of this great organization which has the best culture (only took me 30 years to find my dream place to work).” Dan Moehring echoed that sentiment, reflecting on a refreshing change: “There was no politics or big egos to deal with. I found the leadership to be very open to new ideas and to be genuinely interested in the well-being of its staff.”

This month also gave us the chance to hear from our founders. Chad Paalman shared a heartfelt reflection on the roots of NuWave: “From the very beginning, relationships have been the foundation of our success. Even our earliest vendor partnerships happened because of relationships… NuWave has always been about family. It was founded by me, my dad (Rick), and my brother (Kyle), and that family-first mindset is part of our DNA.”

His brother and co-founder, Kyle Paalman, added: “‘It’s not about the Technology, It’s about the People’ has been our tagline from the beginning, and it could not have turned out to be more accurate over the past 20 years.”

And of course, no celebration would be complete without a nod to the evolution of our services. As Doug Carroll noted, “One of the things I was most excited about is that we came from a voice-driven business and when NuWave was created they changed the goal to incorporate all the technologies… I have never in my life experienced someone with that much Drive and commitment to be successful and do it with integrity.”

As we look back, we’re filled with gratitude. And as we look ahead, we’re filled with excitement. The past 20 years were only the beginning. We’re not just celebrating a milestone—we’re building on a legacy.

To everyone who shared a story, contributed to our journey, or simply believed in what we’re building—thank you. We’ll continue honoring this anniversary all year long, and we’re thrilled to have you with us for the road ahead.
